Enclosed please find our Certification of Notice. As I explained to the court when this file was
opened, it was done so for the exclusive purpose of obtaining a very small life insurance policy
that was immediately transferred to the funeral home. There never were any assets whatsoever.
For this reason, no notification was given and unless I am otherwise directed by you, none is
intended.
