WAIVER OF FILING OF ACCOUNT,
RECEIPT, RELEASE AND ORDER
TO SATISFY AND AGREEMENT TO REIMBURSE

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that We, Frederic H. Mummert ai!~
Janice Mummert Reid, the undersigned, do hereby acknowledge that Janice Mun1mert Reid;

Executor of the Estate of Harold L. Mummert, deceased, has paid and delivered to us the amount of
money and property representing the monies and property due to us, as our share of the Estate of
Harold L. Mummert, deceased. We do waive the preparation and filing of an account with the
above captioned court for audit and confirmation thereof, and do approve, and in consideration of
said payment and delivery, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
Janice M. Reid, Executor as aforesaid, of and from all liability because of our interests as
beneficiaries of said decedent and on account of their administration of said estate, and do hereby
direct the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division,
to handle satisfaction in full of said award upon the records of said Court, and do hereby authorize
the Clerk of said Court to enter satisfaction of our interests in the within estate upon the records of
the Court as if the same had been awarded to us by account and confirmation, and do discharge the
said Executor upon request.
We do hereby agree to repay the monies which we have received in the event that a court of
competent jurisdiction shall direct the same, or if it shall appear that the same or any part thereof
has been paid by mistake, or that we are not entitled thereto, or if necessary to provide funds to pay
additional claims against the decedent or the estate which may arise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed my hand and seal, the day, month,
and year set under our name.
