Plaintiff, DriveKore, Inc., is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a principal place of business located at 101 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055. 2. Plaintiff engages in the business of, among other things, repairing, renting and selling tools and materials for construction projects to contractors and the general public. 4. On May 17,2005, and August 18,2005, Defendant rented various items from Plaintiff. See Exhibit "A" attached. 5. Despite repeated written demands for payment, Defendant has failed and/or refused to pay the total balance owing of $3 87.59. 6, Plaintiff is entitled to interest at the legal rate of 6% per annum.
