WHEREAS, Sechrist Construction, Inc., a corporation with its principal place of
business at 804 Daria Road, Mechamcsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract for installation and construction of a
residential dwelling upon land situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at an iron pin on the northern corner of a 50.00 foot right-of-way of Nancy Lane and
the southeast comer ofa 50.00 foot wide gravel drive of Lot No. I, thence North 02 degrees 15
minutes 14 seconds West, 652.37 feet to an iron pin in lands of Lot No.1; thence along said Lot
No. I, North 87 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East, 203.00 feet to an iron pin; thence along
Lot No. 14, South 02 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds East, 653.67 feet to an iron pin on the
northern right-of-way of Nancy Lane; thence along said right-of-way, South 87 degrees 44
minutes 46 seconds West, 203.00 feet to an iron pin, th~ point of beginning.
Being Lot No. 13 on a Final Subdivision Plan for Robert E. & Nancy C. Diehl recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 58, page 73.

to the said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for
15' ,2006, before any authority has been given by the said Owner
the same in consideration ofthe making of said contract with Sechrist Construction, Inc., it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said residence or the property by the contractor, or
any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any

labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the installation and
construction of said residence, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
