IN RE: PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of February, 2006, after
hearing on the appointment of an emergency plenary guardian for
David F. Heckendorn, the Court upon its own motion HEREBY ORDERS
an independent psychiatric evaluation of David F. Heckendorn.
Counsel for David F. Heckendorn will provide the Court with the
name of a reputable licensed mental health professional to
conduct the independent evaluation. Upon completion of the
evaluation, a copy shall be provided to the Court, and the
parties in this case.
