Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Deceased. Together with the following probate papers
namely: Petition for Grant of Letters, Oath of Personal Representative, Decree of Register, and
Certificate of Grant of Letters. The enclosed documents are recorded under Estate 21-2005-0916
as the same remains on file and of record in this office.

I, Edgar B. Bayley, President Judge of the Ninth Judicial
District of Pennsylvania, and Presiding Judge of the Courts of
Common Pleas, Orphans' Court, and Court of Quarter Sessions
of the Peace, in and for the County of Cumberland, do certify
that Glenda Farner Strasbaugh by whom the annexed record,
certificate, and attestation were made and given and who in his
own proper handwriting has thereunto subscribed his name and
affixed his official seal, was, at the time of so doing, and now
is, Register of the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of
Administration, in and for the County of Cumberland, duly
commissioned and qualified, to all whose acts, as such, full
faith and credit are and ought to be given, as well in Courts of
Judicature as elsewhere, and that the said record, certificate,
and attestation are in form of law and made by the proper
officer.
