February 6, 2006 as to wby the instrument purported to be the last will of Donald E. Failor and dated
April 2, 2001 should not be admitted to proba1e, IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened and
the instrument dated April 2, 2001 is admitted to proba1e. IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Letters
Testamentary issued to Ruth E. Failor on December 27,2005 be amended to reflect the later will.
