Plaintiff is Resurgent Capital Services, L.P. (hereinafter referred to as "ResurgenY')with offices located at I S S. Main Street 7th Floor, Greenville, SC 29601. 2. Defendant is Jamie L. Bollinger , an adult individual with alast-known address of 110 Cold Springs Road, Carlisle, PA 17013. 3. Under date of 02/2212001, defendant executed and delivered to Citiftnancial, Inc. a mortgage upon the premises 110 Cold Springs Road ,Carlisle, PA (the "Property")to secure the payment of the sum of $20,608.24. The said mortgage is recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for Cumberland County on 02!2312001 at Bk. ] 673, P. 184 and is incorporated herein by reference as though set forth at length herein.
