CIVIL ACTION MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
1. LaSalle Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee Under the Indenture
Dated as of 10/01/00, Series 2000-3, (hereinafter referred to as "Plaintiff') is an
Institution, conducting business under the Laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and brings this action to foreclosure the mortgage between
Elizabeth R. Moynahan, by Ann E. Peragine, POA, Mortgagor(s) (hereinafter
referred to as "Defendant") and itself as Mortgagee by Assignment. Said
Mortgage was dated September 8,2000 and was recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds and Mortgages in Cumberland County in Mortgage Book
1638, page 888. A copy of the Mortgage is attached and made a part hereof as
Exhibit' A'.
2. The Mortgage is secured by Defendant(s) Note dated September 8, 2000 in the
amount of$95,000.00 payable to Plaintiff in monthly installments with an interest
rate of 10.50%.
3, The land subject to the mortgage is: 16 Eastgate Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
4, The defendant, Elizabeth R. Moynahan, by Ann E. Peragine, POA is the real
owner of the land subject to the mortgage and the Defendants' address is:
16 Eastgate Drive, Camp Hill, P A 17011.
5. The Mortgage is now in default due to the failure of the Defendant(s) to make
payments as they become due and owing. The following amounts are due:
Principal Balance $95,000.00
Interest to 1/29/02 6,135.10
Accumulated Late Charges 695.20
Pre-payment Penalty 4,750.00
Advances for Hazard Insurance 1,917.03
Interest on Advances 67.83
Fees 4.00

plus interest from 1/30/02 at $27.33 per day, costs of suit and attorney fees.
6, In accordance with the provisions of the Act of January 30, 1974, P.L. 13 No.
6, Section 403 (41 P.S. 403), a Notice ofIntention to Foreclose is required and
the Notice of Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance was sent to
defendants March 23, 2001. The Defendant(s) have not cured the default.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court enter judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure for
the sale of the mortgaged property in Plaintiffs favor and against the Defendant(s), in the
sum of $112,269.16 together with the interest from 1/30/02 at $27.33 per day, costs of
suit and attorney fees.
