DECREE
AND NOW, this ~ l{ day of fI1:v e.( , 20 06
upon consideration of the within Petition, the assets of the
Estate of GERALDINE D. MCCLAIN, a/k/a JERALDINE D. MCCLAIN,
deceased, under the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate,
Estates, and Fiduciaries Code are to be paid Over to JAMES R.
MCDONALD, who shall receive the same.
All bank, financial institutions, investment firms,
investor's services, individuals, or other entities holding
assets of the decedent, Geraldine D. MCClain, a/k/a Jeraldine D.
MCClain, are authorized and directed to pay to James R. McDonald
any assets of Geraldine D. MCClain, a/k/a Jeraldine D. MCClain,
deceased, held by such entity.
James R. McDonald is authorized to make necessary inquiries
in the name of the decedent to ascertain information regarding
the decedents financial affairs, and execute the necessary or
prudent documents to allow the transfers and his receipts
therefore, or any other document needed to administer the small
estate.
To the extent the solvency of the estate allows, Petitioner
shall pay the decedent's debts in priority and file a
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return and pay all inheritance tax
due, if any, within 9 months of January 20, 2006, the date of
death of Geraldine D. McClain, a/k/a Jeraldine D. McClain.
Should there remain assets available for distribution after
payment of all fees, debts, taxes, and other costs, distribution
shall be made as per the intestacy laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.

Petitioner shall serve a copy of this Decree on all next of
kin whose addresses are known and file an Affidavit of Service
within ten (10) days of the date of this Decree. Should the
address or location of any such next of kin not be known or
discovered by James R. McDonald despite due diligence, the
Affidavit of Service shall reflect the same.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed for filing please find the Petition Under Section
3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code for Settlement
of Small Estate, along with a check in the amount of $30.00 for
the filing of the instant Petition ($15.00) and the JCP fee
($15.00). If you need anything additional, please advise.
I would ask that you forward this to the Court Administrator
for presentation to the Judge for his consideration. If in your
County you require a hearing, please have the Court Administrator
advise me of the date and time set.
I enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for your
convenience in returning the signed Order and a receipt to my
office for the filing fee. Please indicate the docket number
assigned to this matter on the receipt for my records.
