PRELIMINARY ORDER OF COURT

Esquire, and James D. Bogar, Esquire, Counsel for the Petitioner, IT IS ORDERED AND
presented in open Court, upon consideration thereof and on motion of Jennifer B. Hipp,
DIRECTED that a Citation be awarded, directed to PATRICIA A. EICHELBERGER to
show cause why she should not be adjudged an incapacitated person and ptenary
guardian of her estate and person be appointed.
The time and place of hearing on the petition for appointment of guardian of the
estate and person of the alleged incapacitated person is fixed for Monday, April 3, 2006,
at 3:00 p.m., in Courtroom No.5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, One
Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days written notice of the hearing shall be given to
RK.
PATRICIA A. EICHELBERGER, the alleged incapacitated person, by serving her
together with an explanation of the content and terms of the petition; and at least 10
personally with the Citation and this Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing petition
days written notice of the petition and hearing shall also be given to the next of kin and
to the following Parties of Interest: Evelyn G. Eichelberger, (mother),
c/o Church of God Home, 801 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013;
Deanna E. Miller, (sister), 3037 Appledale Road, Audobon, PA 19401;
Charles H. Eichelberger, (brother), 140 State Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050;
Robert D. Eichelberger, (brother), 182 Chain Saw Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019;
Susan Cournoyer, (sister), 2634 Quincy Adams Drive, Herndon, VA 20171;
Gary l. Eichelberger, (brother), 606 South Arch Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055;
David M. Eichelberger, (brother), 455 lake Meade Drive, East Berlin, PA 17316, either
personally or by registered or certified mail.
