PETITION TO OBTAIN OWNERSffiP OF VEHICLE
AND NOW, this -1-- day of March, 2006 comes the Petitioner, Jesse Edwin
Crone, (hereinafter "Petitioner") by and through his attorney, John J. Mangan, Esq., and
files the following Petition to Obtain Ownership of Vehicle, and in support thereof, avers
as follows:
1. Petitioner currently resides at 23 Westwind Drive, Lemoyne, PA 17043.
2. Petitioner has ownership of a storage building located at the intersection of
18th Street and Orchard Alley in the Borough of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
3. Within said storage building is one 1976 Chevrolet Corvette, bearing vehicle
identification number 1Z37LGS426064.
4. Upon information and belief, the vehicle has been in the storage building
since 1982.
S. There are no parties that have rental agreements with Petitioner for the storage
building, there have been no payments for the storage of said vehicle and there
are no storage records to ascertain the ownership of the vehicle.
6. There is no license plate assigned to the vehicle nor is there any evidence said
vehicle was ever registered in Pennsylvania.
7. There is no evidence of ownership of the vehicle and no title available.

8. There is a registration sticker on the vehicle which evidences registration in
North Carolina in 1982.
9. A check with the Permsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles did not reveal
any information by whom this vehicle is owned by.
10. A check with North Carolina's DMV did not reveal any information either.
11. At some point in time, this vehicle was insured by Motors Insurance
Corporation in Charlotte, NC.
12. Undersigned counsel has contacted said insurance company in an effort to
obtain ownership information.
13. Motors Insurance Corporation was not able to produce any information in
regard to current ownership of the vehicle nor to whom the insurance policy
was written for.
14. Upon information and belief, there is no party to contact to give notice of
Petitioner's intention to obtain ownership of said vehicle.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Honorable Court order
ownership of the vehicle to Jesse Edwin Crone.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~ day of /'>l """'"
, 2006, after reasonable notice and an
opportunity for hearing having been provided to all interested parties, the Court hereby
awards ownership of one 1976, Chevrolet Corvette, bearing vehicle identification number
1Z37LGS426064 to Jesse Edwin Crone, and the right, title and interest of any other
person to said vehicle is hereby extinguished. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Transportation may accept this Order as evidence of ownership in lieu of a
Certificate of Title. The Petitioner shall submit the appropriate forms, taxes and fees and
comply with any other procedures of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of
Transportation in order to receive the appropriate Certificate of Title for said vehicle.
