COMPLAINT
Parties
I. The Plaintiff, Hupaco Retail Packaging Corp. IS a corporation a Connecticut
corporation an address as set out in the caption above,
2, The Defendant, Christian Publicatons, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation with an
address as set out in the caption above.
Background
3. At the instance and request of defendant(s), plaintiff rendered, sold and delivered to
defendant(s), who received, accepted and retained, certain items of merchandise and/or service
as more fully referenced in the true and correct copy of plaintiff's records hereto attached as
Exhibit "A", which accurately reflects the balance due: $17,353,00.
4. The sums charged for the same were: (a) what the defendant(s) agreed to pay
therefor; or (b) the fair, reasonable and market value thereof.
5. Plaintiff rendered periodic invoices and statements to Defendant who received and
either acknowledged them as correct or accepted them without specific comment.
6. Despite demand, said balance remains unpaid.
WHEREFORE, judgment is demanded of defendant(s) for $17,353.00 plus accrued
interest in the amount of$I,141.02 for a total of$18,494,02, together with accruing interest and
costs.

and in the amount of the billed legal services.
