I. Plaintiff is Rhonda L McKenney who currently resides at 55 Greenmont Dr, Enola,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Melissa A McCommon who currently resides at 55 Greenmont Dr., Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and 121 Crestview village, Middletown, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff seeks custody of the following children:

The children are presently in the physical custody of Plaintiff, Grandmother, who resides at the
address in paragraph 1 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
The mother of the children in Melissa A McCommon, Defendant, cUlTently residing at the addresses in
Paragraph 2.
4. The relationsllIp of Plaintiff to the children is that of Paternal Grandmother.
5. The relationship of the defendant to the children is that of mother.
6. The defendant Melissa A McCommon has granted Custody of Minor children to the plaintiff Rhonda L
McKenney. (Please see document attached)
7. The Plaintiff currently resides with the following persons:
Mike McKenney Husband to Plaintiff
Brent McKenney Father to First Minor Child Mackenzie
Mackenzie A McCommon First Minor Child
Hallie J McCommon Second Minor Child (Father Unknown)
8, Plaintiff and defendant have not participated in any prior actions involving custody of these children.
Plainti[fhas no information ofa custody proceeding concerning the children pending in a court of this
Commonwealth or any other state.
Plaintiff does not know of any person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody of the child
or clams to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children.
9. The best interest and permanent welfare of the children will be served by granting Plaintiffprimary
physical custody and legal custody of said minor children.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests your Honorable Court to grant primary physical and legal
custody rights to plaintiff.
