OF THE ESTATE AND PERSON OF
ROBERT SHUMAN, A/KIA ROBERT M. SHUMAN
an alleged incapacitated person
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this /S" of I""lM , 2006, upon consideration of the
Petition for appointment of a Guardian of the Estate and Person of Robert
Shuman, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:
· A Citation is awarded, directed to Robert Shuman, a/k/a Robert
M. Shuman, to show cause why Daniel Shuman, James Shuman,
and Wanda Perri should not be appointed Guardian of his Estate
and Person for the purposed of benefi"ing and protecting
Robert Shuman.
· At least 20 days notice of the hearing shall be given to Robert
Shuman, the alleged incapacitated person, by personal service of
a copy of the Petition and the Citation, upon the following persons
by certified or registered mail:
A. Daniel Shuman, 700 S. Mountain Rd., Dillsburg, PA 17019;
B. James Shuman, 1069 A Winding Hill Rd., Mechanicsburg, PA
17055;
C. Wanda Perri, 3084 Tippery Rd., Alexandria, PA 16611
