LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ANNA S. LINTA
I, ANNA S. LINTA, of New Cumber+and, Cumberland County, Penn-
sylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previ-
ously made by me.
ITEM I: I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature
and wherever situate, to my sister, MARY S. PESTELEK, if she survives
me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM II: Should my sister, MARY S. PESTELEK, fail to survive me
by thirty (30) days, I bequeath all of my estate of every nature and
wherever situate, to my nieces, MARY SEREDICH and FRANCESCA STAKIC, in
equal shares, per stirpes.
ITEM III: I appoint my sister, MARY S. PESTELEK, Executrix of
this my last will. Should my sister, MARY S. PESTELEK, fail to
qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my nieces, MARY
SEREDICH and FRANCESCA STAKIC, Co-Executors of this my last .will.
ITEM VI: I direct that my Executor and her successors shall not
be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties
in any jurisdiction.
