LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
WILMA C. BROWN
I, Wilma C. Brown, of Cumberland County,.Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore ex~cuted by me.
1. I direct that all my just debts and the expenses
of administration of my estate be paid by my
Executor as soon after my death as may be
conveniently done.
2. I direct my Executor to pay inheritance taxes and
all similar taxes, including state, federal and
local succession taxes, out of the principal of my
estate, so that all legacies and devises hereunder
shall be free of tax.
3. I wish to give special gifts as stated in the
addendum to this will.

For reasons known by him, I am excluding my
son, ARTHUR L. BROWN, JR., from any share of my
estate.

5. The remainder of my estate including my home, its
furnishings, my Roseville vase, and watches should
by sold by my executor and the monies distributed
in equal shares to my grandchildren - SHERRY L.
LORENZ, CHARLES A. LORENZ, and ALEXANDER L.
LORENZ; if any of them predecease me, I devise his
or her share to the other survivors. If any of
these beneficiaries is a minor at the time of my
death, my Executor shall create a trust in the
name of the b~neficiary which will contain the
child's share of my estate. The trust will be for
the purpose of pursuing,a post-secondary
education.

6. I hereby name and appoint Michael L. Sams, DO, as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; if,
for any reason, he cannot serve in this capacity,
he may appoint someone else to assist him. I
further direct that my Executor be permitted to
serve without bond and without any ~ntervention of
any court except as is required by law.
7. If any individual named in this Will in any
manner, directly or indirectly, contests or
attacks this Will, or any of its provisions, any
share or interest in my estate given to the
contesting individual under this Will is revoked
and shall be disposed of in the same manner
provided herein as if that contesting individual
had predeceased me without issue.
8. It is my desire upon death to be cremated and my
ashes scattered at sea.

AND NOW, comes John J. Krafsig, Jr., Esquire, Attorney
the the said Estate, in behalf of Michael L. Sams, Executor, who
respectfully petitions as follows:
1. The decedent executed her Last Will and
Testament October 5, 1999 and was prepared by Thomas Kerr, her
then accountant, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked
Exhibit IIA.II
2. The Will was witnessed by Marion E. Moyer
and Teresa J. Mee.
3. The said Marion E. Moyer died subsequent to
her witnessing of the will which was drafted by the said Mr.
Kerr; and Caroline J. Kerr, wife of the scrivener and a notary
also on October 5, 1999, notarized the signature of the decedent,
as well as both witnesses and is familiar with the signature of

6. I hereby name and appoint Michael L. Sams, DO, as

VERIFICATION
AND NOW, to wit, this
~ 7 ~ day of February, 2006,
I, Charles Lorenz, personally appears, who is the grandson the
decedent, Wilma C. Brown, and holder of her Power of Attorney,
and resides at the decedent's home at 25 Chestnut Street, Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, and does depose and say according to law
and this verification, that the Will of the decedent remained
in the said residence when she left for the Kinkora Pythian
Nursing Home, Duncannon, Pennsylvania, for her care. A diligent
search of her dresser and personal effects at her home at 25
Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, have indicated that
he is unable to locate the original of the said Will; which was
also confirmed by his mother, Debbie Lorenz, of its existence
remaining in the decedent's home when she went to the said nurs-
ing home.
I understand that false statements herein are made
subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S.A. S4904 relating to
unsworn verification to authorities.

AFFIDAVIT REGARDING LOST OR MISPLACED WILL
Personally appeared before me, a Notary Public, in and
for said State and County, Debbie Lorenz, daughter of Wilma C.
Brown, now deceased, who being duly sworn according to law, does
depose and say, to the best of her knowledge and information, that
prior to the entrance of the said Wilma C. Brown in the Kinkora
Pythian Home, Duncannon, Pennsylvania, that the decedent had the
original of her Will placed with her contents and personal effects
in a dresser situate at 25 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania; and that she believes that the dresser when
cleaned, somehow or other, said Will was either lost or misplaced;
and that the said will remained in the decedent's residence at
25 Chestnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
and was not taken by the decedent to the said Nursing Home for
which she was confined for at least 3 or 4 years thereafter; and
that the facts are true and correct according to the best of my
knowledge, information and belief.

Lost or Misplaced Will of Wilma C. Brown, specifically including the photocopy of the proposed Will
and Addendum to the Last Will and Testament to be probated, the Verification of Charles Lorenz a/kIa
Charles A. Lorenz, dated February 27, 2006, and the Affidavit Regarding Lost or Misplaced Will signed
by Debbie Lorenz, dated February 26, 2006, together with Oath of Subscribing Witness of Teresa J.
Mee, dated March 13, 2006, and the Oath of Non-Subscribing Witness of Caroline J. Kerr, dated March 13,
2006, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the photocopy of the Last Will and Testament and Addendum to the
Last Will and Testament of Wilma C. Brown, dated October 5, 1999, shall be admitted to probate. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed on February 13,
2006, by Michael L. Sams that Letters Testamentary be issued to Michael L. Sams.
In light of the above-described Petition, together with the Affidavit and Verification attached, a
hearing with respect to the Petition is waived.
