AND NOW, this 16th day of March, 2006, upon consideration of the attached
motion of Leslie Tomeo, Esquire, Court Appointed counsel for David F. Heckendorn, the
alleged incapacitated person, the motion for continuance is GRANTED. The temporary
guardianship granted by Order of Court dated February 28, 2006 shall remain in effect
until further order of court.
The hearing shall be set for Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom
No.5 of the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
