Plaintiff claims title to the aforesaid property by virtue of a Sheriff's sale held on March 8th, 2006 in the execution of a judgment in mortgage foreclosure obtained in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Docket No. 03-4296 Civil, where plaintiff was the successful bidder and became the owner of the said property. 3. Plaintiff, by virtue of the aforesaid title, is the owner in fee of the said premises, and is entitled to possession thereof. The defendants Wayne H. Johnson, Jr. and Nancy K. Johnson and Andrea K. Johnson or Occupants are occupying the said premises without right, and so far as the plaintiff is informed, without claim of title.
