THIS AGREEMENT
and between
STIPULATION AGAlNST LIENS

HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and
construct a single family dwelling situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot 8, Kings Gap, 1142 pine Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themsel ves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Hoffman, who acknowledged himself to be the President of
Hoffman's Custom Contracting, Inc., a corporation, and that he as
such President being authorized to do so, executed the foregoing
instrument for the purposes therein contained by signing the name
of said corporation by 'mself as such President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision Plan for
Linwood B. Phillips, Jr. and Edna Lucille Phillips consisting of two pages prepared by
Stephen G. Fisher, a Registered Surveyor, dated August 8, 1987, a copy of which is
recorded in the hereinafter named Recorder's Office in Plan Book 54 at Pages 4 and 4-A, as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the original centerline of 33 feet wide L.R. 21008, known as Pine
Road, at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 7 and 8; thence from said point at the Place of
Beginning, which point at the Place of Beginning is 30 feet from the southern line of the
dedicated right of way of said Pine Road, North 73 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds East a
distance of 200 feet to a point in said Pine Road at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 8 and
9, which point in said Pine Road is 34.62 feet from the southern dedicated right of way of
said Pine Road; thence along said dividing line between said Lots No.8 and 9, South 12
degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 309.40 feet to a point in line of Lot No.1;
thence along dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 8, the following two conrses and
distances: (1) South 78 degrees 08 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 114,02 feet to a
point; and (2) South 73 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 65.13 feet to a
point at the dividing line between said Lots Nos, 7 and 8; thence along said dividing line
between said Lots Nos. 7 and 8 North 16 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of
300 feet to a point in the original centerline of 33 feet wide Pine Road at the Place of
BEGINNING.
THE ABOVE described property has the mailing address ofI492PineRoad, <::arlisl",PA
17013.
The above-described tract of land is all of Lot No.8 as shown on said Final Subdivision Plan
for Linwood B. Phillips, Jr., and Edna Lucille Phillips recorded as aforesaid, and contains a
net area exclusive of the dedicated right of way of Pine Road of 1.1763 acres.
