STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, on the 10th of March, 2006, an Agreement was entered into between
Pollard & Company, Inc. hereinafter called Owner, and the above contracting firm,
hereinafter called Contractor, Wherein and whereby said Contractor undertook and
agreed to construct a single family dwelling, upon the property of said Owner, located at
Lot #64 Rockwell Farms, Carlisle, P A 17013.
NOW, therefore, this agreement witnesseth, that the said Contractor for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the said Owner,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, for himself, and his sub-contractors, and all
parties acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no mechanics liens or
claims shall be filed or maintained by him, them or any of them against the said building
and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto, for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by him, them, or any of them under said contract, or otherwise, for,
towards, in and about the erection and construction of said building, and the said
Contractor, for himself and his sub-contractors, and others under him, hereby expressly
waives and relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any mechanics liens or claims
against the said building and agrees that this agreement waiving the right of lien shall
be an Independent covenant.
