NOW COMES the Borough of Me hanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its staff attorney David J. Spotts, Esquire, and files the within claim for
charges assessed with respect to sewer and/or refuse rates against above named
owner or owners and against the herein fter described real estate as follows:
1. This claim is filed by the B rough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed own r of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this claim is filed is the Defendant(s).
3, The authority under which t e sewer and/or refuse rates were charged
and assessed is the Act of July 18,1935, P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. 13 2231, as
amended.

4, The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, Section 9, et seq., 53 P,S. 137143, as amended.
5. A description of the prope y against which this claim is filed is:

6. This claim has not been t e subject of any previous claim and judgment in
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberl nd County for sewer and/or refuse charges.
7, The total amount of the ch rges for which this claim is filed is five hundred
and fifty-six and 70/100 dollars ($556,7 ), plus costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
8. The time period for which t ese charges are filed is January 1, 2005 to
March 31,2006 on Borough Sewer Acc unt(s) 55-002658.
WHEREFORE, Claimant request that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defendant in the amoun of five hundred and fifty-six and 70/100
dollars ($556.70), plus costs and reason ble attorney's fees.
