NOW COMES the Borough of Me hanicsburg. Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, by its staff attorney Davi J. Spotts, Esquire, and files the within claim for
charges assessed with respect to sewe and/or refuse rates against above named
owner or owners and against the herein fter described real estate as follows:
1. This claim is filed by the orough of Mechanicsburg, a borough organized
and existing in accordance with the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The owner or reputed ower of the property, or party or parties
responsible or liable, for which this clai is filed is the Defendant(s).
3. The authority under whic the sewer and/or refuse rates were charged
and assessed is the Act of July 18, 19 5. P.L. 1286, Section 1, 53 P.S. 9 2231, as
amended.
4. The authority under which this claim is filed is the Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, Section 9, et seQ., 53 P.S. 97143, as amended.

6. This claim has not been th subject of any previous claim and judgment in
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberl nd County for sewer and/or refuse charges.
7. The total amount of the c arges for which this claim is filed is two
thousand, one hundred and thirty-eight nd 84/100 dollars ($2,138.84), plus costs and
reasonable attorney's fees.
8. The time period for which these charges are filed is January 1, 2005 to
March 31, 2006 on Borough Sewer Ac ount(s) 00-0100101.
WHEREFORE, Claimant reque ts that a Municipal Lien be entered in its favor
and against the Defendant in the amo nt of two thousand. one hundred and thirty-eight
and 84/100 dollars ($2,138.84), plus c sts and reasonable attorney's fees.
