MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM O R I G I N A L
1. The ClaimanUPlaintiff, Bradco Supply, Inc. Ud/b/a Wickes Lumber, a New Jersey
corporation authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a place
of business located at 451 AMP-Wick Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
2. Between January 24, 2006 and February 20, 2006 the Claimant supplied building
materials in connection with an improvement on property (four townhouses) located at 1{08
Matthew Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. The building materials were provided by Claimant to R. Hart Enterprises, Inc
pursuant to an oral contact with R. Hart Enterprises, Inc., with offices at 5154 Kylock Road,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. Pursuant to this oral contract between the Claimant and R. Hart Enterprises, Inc.,
the Claimant furnished building materials listed on the attached invoices marked as Exhibit "A".
5. As a consequence of the building materials provided by the Claimant, the
Claimant is owed the sum of $4,270.04, which is currently past due.
The legal description of the property of the Owner that is subject to the
mechanics' lien claimed by the Claimant is:
Beginning at a point on the western line of Matthew Road as extended, which
point is North 30 degrees West, 220 feet from the northwestern corner of the intersection
of Dulles Drive and Matthew Road; thence along other lands of the Gordon E. Fry Estate,
of which the premises herein conveyed were formerly a part, South 60 degrees West
110 feet to a point; thence by the same, North 30 degrees West, 116 feet to a point;
thence North 60 degrees East, 110 feet to a point on the western line of Matthew Road
as extended; thence South 30 degrees East, 116 feet to along said Matthew Road to a
point, the place of beginning.
This property is also known as 1608 Matthew Road, Enola, Pennsylvania and the
improvement is four (4) townhouses. Preliminary paperwork on the subdivision of this property
has been filed with the Tax Mapping Authority of Cumberland County. However, as of the date
of this filing there are no deeds filed reflecting the addresses of each townhouse other than
Ib08. Based upon this, three other mechanic's lien claims have been filed in addition to this
claim. The other townhouses are anticipated to be numbered I b02, 1 b04 and ! 606.

unto Gordon E. Fry, 7r., the Grantor herein.

specially warrant and defend the lands and premises, hereditaments and appurtenances hereby conveyed,
against the Grantor and all other persons lawfully claiming the same or to claim the same or any part thereof,
by, from or under it, them or any of them.
In all references herein to any parties, persons, entities or corporations, the use of any particular
gender or plural or singular number is intended to include the appropriate gender or number as the text of
the within instrment may require.
Wherever in this instrument anyparty shall be designated orrefen•ed to by name or general reference,
such designation is intended to and shall have the same effect as if the words "heirs, executors
administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and assigns" had been inserted after each and
every such designation.
