HART ENTERPRISES, INC. : CIVIL ACTION - EQUITY MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM ORIGINAL 1. The ClaimanVPlaintiff, Bradco Supply, Inc, Vd/b/a Wickes Lumber, a New Jersey corporation authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a place of business located at 451 AMP-Wick Drive, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Between November 17, 2005 and February 10, 2006 the Claimant supplied building materials in connection with an improvement on property (four townhouses) located at 1608 Matthew Road, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. The building materials were provided by Claimant to R. Hart Enterprises, Inc pursuant to an oral contact with R. Hart Enterprises, Inc., with offices at 5154 Kylock Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 4. Pursuant to this oral contract between the Claimant and R. Hart Enterprises, Inc., the Claimant furnished building materials listed on the attached invoices marked as Exhibit "A". 5, As a consequence of the building materials provided by the Claimant, the Claimant is owed the sum of $11 ,828.95, which is currently past due. 6. The legal description of the property of the Owner that is subject to the mechanics' lien claimed by the Claimant is: (see attached deed) Beginning at a point on the western line of Matthew Road as extended, which point is North 30 degrees West, 220 feet from the northwestern corner of the intersection of Dulles Drive and Matthew Road; thence along other lands of the Gordon E. Fry Estate, of which the premises herein conveyed were formerly a part, South 60 degrees West 110 feet to a point; thence by the same, North 30 degrees West, 116 feet to a point; thence North 60 degrees East, 110 feet to a point on the western line of Matthew Road as extended; thence South 30 degrees East, 116 feet to along said Matthew Road to a point, the place of beginning. This property is also known as 1~08 Matthew Road, Enola, Pennsylvania and the improvement is four (4) townhouses. Preliminary paperwork on the subdivision of this property has been tiled with the Tax Mapping Authority of Cumberland County. However, as of the date of the filing there are no deeds reflecting the addresses of each townhouse other than 1008.
