SLAGLE, an individual, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, AND SLAGLE ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., a Pennsylvania limited liability company, , hereinafter referred to as Owner. whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a building addition and renovation of an existina buildina - - on that certain lot of ground situate in To,.mship of Middlesex, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fullv described on a certain legal description attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference thereto.
