A" and incorporated herein by reference thereto.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,for and in consideration of
the sum of($1.oo) Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themsebJes and their
subcontractors. and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic '5 liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto far or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in. or about the erertion and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their ,mbcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
th~m, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right a/lien, shat n independent covenant.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF REAL ESTATE
ALL THAT CERTA[N tract ofland situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in accordance with a survey
prepared by Larry V. Neidlinger, R.S. dated February 4, 1984, as follows, to wit;
BEGINN[NG at a point located in the southern right-of-way line ofInterstate Route 81,
at comer of lands now or formerly of the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority; thence
by lands now or formerly of the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority, South 27
degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of298.45 feet to a point in the western right-of-
way line of Stover Drive; thence along said right-of-way line on a curve, to the left having a
radius of225.00 feet, an arc distance of 195.86 feet to a point; thence by same, South 27 degrees
24 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 13.00 feet to a point; thence along the northern right-
of-way line of a private service road, South 65 degrees 09 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance
of28.35 feet to a point; thence by same South 67 degrees 36 minutes 28 seconds West, a
distance of 183.69 feet to a point; thence by lands now or formerly of Frank 1. Black, Jr. and
Ruth E. Black, his wife, North 27 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 416.14 feet
to a point in the southern right-of-way line of Interstate Route 81; thence by said right-of-way
line, North 54 degrees 11 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 153.73 feet to a point; thence by
same, North 51 degrees 11 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 103.34 feet to a point; thence
by same, North 51 degrees 55 minutes 23 seconds East, a distance of 38.59 feet to a point, the

2, 1984, and. recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 45, Page 57 and having thereon erected
