WHEREAS, David E. Hoffman and Danette M. Hoffman of 282 Alpat Drive, Dillsburg, PA
17019, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Artistech, Inc. of
282 Alpat Drive, Dillsburg, PA 17019, for the erection of a building upon premises
commonly known as Lot E-13 East Red Gold Circle, Township East Pennsboro,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated 03/16/06, recorded at , in
the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described
in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, March 16, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right of way line of East Red Gold Circle (50 feet wide)
at the dividing line between Lots E-14 and E-I3; thence along the eastern boundary line of Lot E-14,
North 09 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 172.45 feet to a common point at the northeast
corner of Lot E-14 and the northwest corner of Lot E-13 and a point on the southern boundary line of Lot
E-28; thence along Lot E-28, North 85 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 103.08 feet to
a point at the northwest corner of Lot E- 12; thence along the western boundary line of Lot E- 12, South
09 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 197.47 feet to a point on the right of way line of
East Red Gold Circle; thence along East Red Gold Circle, North 80 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West,
a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. E-13, on the Pinal Subdivision Plan of Ploribunda, Phase I, Section 9 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book q I ,
