I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. ITEM II. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever, to my wife, CHARLOTTE C. HALL, absolutely. ITEM III. In the event my said vife, CHARLOTTE C. HALL predeceases me, then I order and direct that my hereinafter named Executor shall convert all my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever into cash as soon as the same can conveniently be done after my decease with full power and authority to sell all my personal property and real estate in- cluding the power to lease the real estate as my said Executor may deem wise and beneficial for the best inerests of my estate. ITEM IV. I direct my said Executor to distribute the proceeds of said conversion into cash to my children ROGER D. HALL, CAROLYN ANN HALL, EDWARD H. HALL, LIZBETH JANE HALL, SALLY G. HALL, LINDA J.
