1. Plaintiff is Kevin L. Griffie, an adult individual who currently resides at 137 Amy
Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013-8884.
2. Defendant is Ashley D. Bryson, an adult individual who currently resides at 426
Factory Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013-1851.
3. The parties are the parents of a minor child, Austin J. Griffie, born July 26, 2004.
The child was born out of wedlock.
The child is presently in the custody of Plaintiff at 137 Amy Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013-8884.

She is not married to Plaintiff.
4. The relationship of Plaintiff to the child is that of natural father. Plaintiff currently
resides with the following persons:

the child will be given notice of the pendency of this action and the right to intervene.

COURT ORDER
AND NOW, this ;t.~ day Of~, 2006, upon consideration of the
attached Custody Conciliation report, it is ordeYed and directed as follows:
1. The father, Kevin L. Griffie, and the mother, Ashley D. Bryson, shall enjoy
shared legal custody of Austin J. Griffie, born July 26, 2004.
2. Physical custody shall be handled as follows:
a. Father shall have custody of the minor child every Thursday from 6:00
p.m. until Sunday at 8:00 p.m.
b. Mother shall have physical custody of the minor child from Sunday at
8:00 p.m. until Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
c. On those weekends when mother is not working and mother gives
father adequate notice, father shall modify the schedule to allow
mother to have custody on the weekends she is ofT work. However,
father shall be entitled to replacement time during the week when
mother exercises this option.
d. The parties shall share holidays to include birthdays pursuant to a
scheduled arranged between the parties. If the parties cannot agree,

the day shall be divided into two segments, one segment being from
9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and the other segment being from 3:00 p.m.
until 9:00 p.m. and the parties shall alternate those segments on
successive holidays.
e. Each party shall be entitled to at least one weeks vacation with the
minor child.
3. The parties shall meet with the Custody Conciliator. again for a second
Custody Conciliation Conference on August 24th at 8:30 a.m. If legal counsel
for the parties feels the Conciliator needs to get involved prior to this
Conference, they may contact the Conciliator directly.
