LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

BE IT REMEMBERED THAT
I, BEULAH I. LEPRO, a resident of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and
all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
I
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from my
residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease.
II
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death,
of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from
my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
III
If my long-haired Mexican Chihuahua dog named SONNY should survive
me, then I direct that my nephew, DAVID L. LEPRO, care for SONNY.
IV
I give and bequeath my automobile to my nephew, BRIAN LEPRO.
V
All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, whether real or
personal, wherever situate, including any property over which I may have a
power of appointment, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
A. 10% to the HELEN O. KRAUSE ANIMAL FUND.
B. 10% to be distributed equally among my sisters, CARLETA PLEW
an.d JUSTINA OLEKSA, or the survivor thereof. If neither survives,
her share shall be given to the HELEN O. KRAUSE ANIMAL FUND.
C. 80% to my nephew, DAVID L. LEPRO and SARAH K. FORSTER, or

I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, DAVID L. LEPRO, as
Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond. If my nephew, DAVID L.
LEPRO is unable or unwilling to act in that capacity, then I nominate, constitute
and appoint my niece, SARAH K. FORSTER, as Executrix of this LAST WILL, to
serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, BEULAH 1. LEPRO, have set my hand to this
LAST WILL this 8th day of July, 2004.
