LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

DONALD J. BLESSING.
I, DONALD J. BLESSING, widower, of East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously made
by me at any time heretofore.
FI RST: I hereby direct that my personal representative, hereinafter
named, to pay all of my just debts, not barred by any statute of limitations, as well as
my funeral and testamentary expenses, including Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes, as
soon after my demise as may be practicable.
SECOND: I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate as follows:
20% to my niece Amy Stites Mac Adam, and
15% to her son, Jonathan George Patrick Mac Adam, and
15% to her daughter, Alison C. Mac Adam, and
50% to my sister, Gloria Stites.

THIRD: I direct that Jonathan's share not be distributed until he attains
the age of 21 except that my personal representative is allowed, before he is 21, to
pay tuition, room and board, textbook and activity fees, if Jonathan is enrolled in, or
desires to enroll in any bona fide post secondary educational program or institution.
Payments shall be made directly to said institution of higher learning.
FOURTH: In the event Alison predeceases me, her 15% share shan be
distributed equally between her brother and her mother. In the event Jonathan
predeceases me, his 15% share shall be divided equally between his sister and his
mother. In the event Amy predeceases me, her 20% share shall be divided equally
between Jonathan and Alison.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sister, Gloria
Stites, as executrix of this, my Last Wilt and Testament. In the event that my sister
should predecease me, fail to qualify or cease to act, I then nominate constitute and
appoint Donna Graffius Amig, as alternate executrix.
SIXTH: The above named persons shall not be required to post bond
or surety in this, or any other jurisdiction, for faithful compliance of the duties as
personal representative of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand and seal and
declare this to be my, LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT, consisting of this and one
