PETITION FOR AN APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIANSHIP OF THE PERSON
The Petitioner, Rochelle Leftenant, adult half-sibling of the minor child, by her
attorneys, the Family Law Clinic, seeks guardianship of her minor sister, Fatima
Richardson. Petitioner states the following in support of her Petition for Appointment of
Guardianship:
1. Fatima Richardson was born on May 29, 1992 and currently resides at 700
Cumberland Point, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
2. Fatima Richardson is the child of Roxanne Richardson, deceased September 19,
2005.
3. Petitioner believes that the father of Fatima Richardson is David Conti who lived
in New York State approximately 13 years ago. Petitioner is unsure of the correct
spelling of the father's name, does not know where he currently resides, and has
no known way to contact him.
4. The birth certificate of Fatima Richardson is attached, which indicates that there
is not a father named on the certificate.
5. Mother is deceased and the father is unknown therefore no parental consent to the
guardianship is attached.

6. The minor child needs a guardian to be appointed as the child has no parents
available to provide for her care and custody. The minor child is in need of a
custodial guardian to supervise and provide for her needs. Fatima Richardson
must have a guardian to assist in any legal, medical, or educational matters.
7. The proposed guardian, Rochelle Leftenant, resides at 700 Cumberland Point,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055. Rochelle Leftanent is
32 years of age and is the half sister of the minor child.
