Stouffer was appointed as Executor under the Will of Alice W. Black dated June 8, 2004, and Letters Testamentary were granted to Herbert L. Stouffer on February 9,2005 by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and WHEREAS, Paragraph 3(1) of the Will of Alice W. Black states: "I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate be divided into ten (10) equal shares, these shares to be distributed to the following individuals and charitable entity as follows: 4) Four (4) shares to BARBARA A.
