WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to grant her primary physical
custody of the children and give Defendant partial custody at such times as is convenient for
the Defendant and the parties.

, upon consideration of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Jacqueline M. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberlaud Couuty Courthouse, Carlisle on Thursday,. May 11,2006 at 9:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort wiIl be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. AIl children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court herehy directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 110 ~ day of (it"l ' 2006, upon
consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1. The Mother, Suzanne K. Woodall and the Father, Robert L. Woodall, II,
shall have shared legal custody of Isaiah R. L. Woodall, born May 3, 1998, Briahna K.
Woodall, born May 7, 2000 and Jeremy D. Woodall, born January 17,2003. Each parent
shall have an equal right, to be exercised jointly with the other parent, to make all major
non-emergency decisions affecting the Children's general well-being including, but not
limited to, all decisions regarding their health, education and religion.
2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the children.
3. Father shall have periods of partial physical custody as follows:
A. Alternating weekends, beginning May 19,2006 from Friday at 6:00
p.m. to Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
B. Such other times as the parties agree.
4. While the children are in Father's physical custody, they shall spend
overnights either at paternal grandparents' house or paternal aunt and uncle's house.
5. Mother shall have physical custody of the children on Mother's Day;
Father shall have physical custody of the children on Father's Day, both as agreed by the
parties.
6. Holidays shall be shared as agreed by the parties.
7. Transportation shall be as agreed by the parties.
8. The parties shall have liberal telephone contact with the children.

9. Each party shall be entitled to one full week of physical custody in the
summer provided they give the other party 30 days prior notice and provide a telephone
number and address where the may be reached.
10. Neither party may partake in alcoholic beverages to the point of
intoxication or illegal drugs immediately prior to or during their periods of physical
custody.
11. This Order is entered pursuant to a Custody Conciliation Conference.
The parties may modify the provisions of this Order by mutual consent. In the absence of
mutual consent, the terms of this Order shall control.
