Whereas, LA WMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, of 149 Kerrs Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is aboulia execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
LA WMEN CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Pennsylvania Limi/ed Liabili/y Company, of 149 Kerrs Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a residential dwelling house upon a lot ofland situate in
Upper Frankford Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No.7 on the subdivision
plan prepared by Eric Diffenbaugh, RPLS, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 88, Page 79.
Legal Description: BEGINNING at a point in eastern edge of Deer view Drive at corner of Lot
NO.8 on said Plan; thence along Lot No.8 North 45 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds East
206.90 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No. ] 5 South 43 degrees 09 minutes 49
seconds East 216.62 feet to an iron pin set; thence along Lot No.6 on plan South 45 degrees
48 minutes 22 seconds West 203.00 feet to a point in eastern edge of Deer view Drive; thence
along eastern edge of Deerview Drive North 44 degrees t] minutes 38 seconds West 216.58
feet to an iron pin set, the place of BEGINNING.
Now, March 24, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with it and the further
consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
