LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CHARLES E. MILLER, of the City of Baltimore and State
of Maryland, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all
former wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executors, as the
case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue

and remainder of my Estate, whatsoever and wheresoever situated,

unto my daughter, namely, JESSICA L. MARBAIN, absolutely, if she
survives me. If my said daughter should predecease me, then and
in such event, I give and bequeath said parts of my residuary
estate in equal shares unto the children of my said daughter (my
grandchildren), share and share alike, absolutely.
LASTLY.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
namely, JESSICA L. MARBAIN, to be the Executrix of this, my Last
Will and Testament, but if for any reason she should fail to
qualify as such Executrix or cease so to serve, then and in such
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my grand-daughter,
namely, PATRICIA WEISS, and my son-in-law, namely, MAX D.
MARBAIN, to be the Executors hereof (or either of them as my
sole Executrix or Executor, as the case may be, if one should
fail to qualify or cease so to serve), each and all to se~ve

without bond or other security as a condition of qualification

hereunder in any jurisdiction.

at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each
other, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

We, CHARLES E. MILLER, RICHARD C. SNELBAKER and JANET R.
STEGNER, the Testator and the witnesses, respectively, whose
names are signed to the attached or foregoing instrument, being
first duly sworn, do hereby declare to the undersigned authority
that the Testator signed and executed the instrument as his Last
will and Testament and that he had signed willingly, and that he
executed it as his free and voluntary act for the purposes
therein expressed, and that each of the witnesses, in the
presence and hearing of the Testator, signed the will as a
witness and that to the best of his or her knowledge the
Testator was at that time eighteen years of age or older, of
sound mind and under no constraint or undue influence.
