ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 27th day of March, 2006, this matter
having been called on a hearing on petition for the appointment
of an emergency guardian, it is ordered that Helena Train,
daughter of Chares W. Overton, is appointed on an emergency
basis as temporary guardian of his person and estate. A
temporary guardianship for the estate is limited to paying any
necessary and immediate bills for the maintenance of the
property or estate of Charles W. Overton or his physical care.
The guardianship hearing shall be conducted in Courtroom No.2,
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on Monday,
April 17, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. Jane Adams, Esquire, is appointed
attorney for the alleged incapacited
