MECHANIC'S LIEN CLAIM
AND NOW, comes Claimant/Plaintiff by its attorneys, Snelbaker, Brenneman & Spare, P.C.,
and files this claim pursuant to the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963 (49 P.S. § 1101 et seq.) against
the real estate and improvements thereon at 53 Kelly Drive in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more fully described hereinbelow for the payment of a
debt due to Claimant/Plaintiff as a contractor for labor and materials furnished by
Claimant/Plaintiff in the performance of various electrical construction services at the residence
improvement on said real estate. In support of its claim, the Claimant/Plaintiff avers the
following:
1. The Owners of the subject real estate are Aladar Michalek and Marie Michalek,
husband and wife, whose address is 53 Kelly Drive, (Carlisle 17013) in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The improvement and the real estate which are subject to this claim are a palatial
dwelling house with multi-vehicle detached garage building, known and numbered as 53 Kelly
Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 with appurtenant land as more fully described in the deed

therefor, a true copy thereof being attached hereto marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein
by reference thereto.
3. The labor and materials for which the debt is due consisted of electrical services
and necessary materials as more fully itemized in Claimant's/Plaintiff's invoices, true copies of
which are attached hereto collectively marked "Exhibit B" and incorporated herein by reference
thereto.
4. The labor shown on "Exhibit B" was required to complete the electrical system of
the subject real estate and to add thereto, and the materials shown thereon were required to
perform such completion and additions, said labor being computed at the Claimant's/Plaintiff's
standard hourly rate and the materials being at the usual and customary prices charged by
Claimant/Plaintiff.
5. Claimant/Plaintiff completed its work at the subject real estate on December 11,
2001, which is less than four (4) months before the filing of this claim.
6. Attached hereto marked "Exhibit C" is a true and correct copy of
Claimant's/Plaintiff's record of the account for the labor and materials rendered and incorporated
into the real estate, which account shows the charges from the several invoices ("Exhibit B"), the
payments received and credits allowed, indicating the unpaid balance of $8,976.50 which is due
and owing.
WHEREFORE, Claimant/Plaintiff makes claim against the real estate and improvements
