WHEREAS, Team Rahal of Silver Spring, Inc., of 6696 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
17050, is about to enter into a contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., of Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, for the construction of a New Acura Dealership located at 6694 Carlisle Pike, Silver
Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, March 18, 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Team Rahal of Silver Spring, Inc., to
the said R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc.,
and the further consideration of One Dollar to R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., paid by Team Rahal of
Silver Spring, Inc., it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building or property by the
contractor, nor any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen nor any other person
for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the completion of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
