to transfer by first class mail the original Petition, together with all exhibits, to the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Dauphin County, Front and Market Streets, Harrisburg, Persylvania 17101.

PRAECIPE TO TRANSFER ORIGINAL PETITION FILED IN THE
ABOVE-REFERENCED ESTATE TO ESTABLISH DEATH
OF ABSENTEE WITHOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF A
MASTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH 20 PA CSA SECTION 5701,
TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS
To the Clerk of the Orphans' Court:
Please transfer the original Petition filed in the above-referenced Estate, wherein said Petition
Executrix is attempting to Establish Death of Absentee Beneficiary without the Appointment of a
Master in accordance with 20 Pa. CSA Section 5701, together with all exhibits, to the Clerk of the
Orphans' Court of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, as Dauphin County is the last known place of
residence of the absentee. Under 20 Pa. CSA Section 5701, it is the court of the county of the last
known place of residence of the absentee that has the right to establish the death of that absentee.
