WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, is about to exeeute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with RED HAR , INC. of Lebanon County, PeJ1l1sylvania for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate: See Description attached hereto Marked Exhibit "A" NOW, March 28, 2006 a the time of and immediately before the exeeution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contraetor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration ofthe making of the said contract with owners and the further consideration of One Dollar, to contractor paid by owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of the said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Containing 39,463 square feet or 0.906 acres. Being Lot No. 32 as shown on a Plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and Ill, Wenworth Estates" dated 5/20/04, last revised 8/17/04, Job No. 1001-846, prepared by LSC Design, Inc., York, Pa. and recorded in Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan book 90 page 17. Under and subject to a Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions for Wentworth Estates Planned Community dated June 3, 2003, recorded June 9. 2003 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for the County of Cumberland in Book 698 page 599.
