WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, is about to exeeute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with RED HAR , INC. of Lebanon County, PeJ1l1sylvania for the
erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate:
See Description attached hereto

NOW, March 28, 2006 a the time of and immediately before the exeeution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said
contraetor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration ofthe making of the said contract with owners and the further consideration
of One Dollar, to contractor paid by owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of the said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Heatherington Way and being approximately
500 feet northwesterly of the easterly intersection ofHeattherington Way and Pellingham Circle, bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Heatherington Way (50 teet wide)
with the line of division between Lot No. 31 and Lot 32; extending (1) thence north 03 degrees 46
minutes 47 seconds east, a distance of 185.55 feet; extending (2) thence south 79 degrees 02 minutes 44
seconds east, a distance of 249.94 feet; extending (3) thence south 22 degrees 09 minutes 53 seconds west.
a distance of 177.43 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of Heatherington Way; extending (4) thence
along said right of way line north 81 degrees 41 minutes 14 seconds west, a distance of 162.89 feet;
extending (5) thence along the same by a curve to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet, an arc length of
29.67 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of north 83 degrees 57 minutes 13 seconds west, 29.66 feet to
the point of BEGINNING. Containing 39,463 square feet or 0.906 acres.
Being Lot No. 32 as shown on a Plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and Ill, Wenworth
Estates" dated 5/20/04, last revised 8/17/04, Job No. 1001-846, prepared by LSC Design, Inc., York, Pa.
and recorded in Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Plan book 90 page 17.
Under and subject to a Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions for Wentworth Estates
Planned Community dated June 3, 2003, recorded June 9. 2003 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for the County of Cumberland in Book 698 page 599.
Further, Under and subject to a Declaration Creating and Establishing Wentworth Estates Homeowner's
Association dated June 3,2003 and recorded June 9, 2003 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, Pa., in Book 698 page 636.
