WHEREAS, ABE HAROUNZADEH, is about to execute eontemporaneously
herewith, a contract with RED HAR, INC. of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania for the
erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate:
See Description attached hereto

NOW, March 28, 2006 a the time of and immediately before the execution of the
prineipal contraet, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said
contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with owners and the further consideration
of One Dollar, to contractor paid by owners it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against
the building by the eontractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of the said building. the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in the Township of Hampden, County of
Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying along Heatherington Way and being
approximately 700 feet northwest of the easterly intersection of Heatherington Way and
Pellingham Circle. bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly right of way line of Heatherington Way (50 feet
wide) with the line of division between Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 31; extending (1) thence north
17 degrees 57 minutes 23 seconds west, a distance of 224.19 feet; extending (2) thence north 81
degrees 56 minutes 01 second east, a distance of97.09 feet; extending (3) thence south 79
degrees 02 minutes 44 seconds east. a distance of 127.88 feet; extending (4) thence south 03
degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds west. a distance of 185.55 feet to the northerly right of way line
ofheatherington Way; extending (5) thence along said right of way line by a curve to the left.
having a radius of 375.00 feet. an arc distance of 142.66 feet. and a chord bearing and distance
of south 82 degrees 54 minutes 42 seconds west, 141.41 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Being Lot No. 31 as shown a Plan entitled "Final Subdivision Plan for Phase II and III,
Wentworth Estates" dated 5/20/04 last revised 8/17/04, Job No. 1001-846, prepard by LSC
Design, Inc. York, Pa. and recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds
in Plan Book 90 page 17.
