I, ISABEL B. WIER, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the
same can conveniently be done.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, persona] and mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved sister, BERNICE L. WIER, to her
own use and benefit absolutely.
3.
In the event my said sister, BERNICE L. WIER, should predecease me or die at about the
same time I do, ~uch as in an accident or disaster common to both of us, I hereby direct all the rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate to be divided and distributed as follows:
A. My nephew, K. E. WIER CHRISEMER, shall have the right to choose and
take any household furnishing he wishes. The~e are to be considered specific
bequests and any death taxes due thereon shall be paid from the residue of
my estate.
B. The balance of my estate remaining after the payment of all debts, charges,
fees, expenses and the like, as well as all death taxes, shall then be divided
and distributed as follows:
1. Sixty (60%) percent to my nephew, K. E. Wier Chrisemer,

Dear Mr. Chrisemer:
I am writing to you concerning the refund due for the apartnlent occupied by Isabel Wier at 896
Oak Oval, Messiah Village.
The acquisition fee paid for the unit in June 1990 was $89,500.00. The agreement was terminated
December 19,2005. Seventy-five percent of the acquisition fee was amortized over 100 months
leaving a refund in the .amount of $22,375.00 (see enclosed amortization schedule).
The payment of the refund will take place in six 1110nths or after the unit is acquired by another
resident, whichever comes first.
