BEGINNING at an iron pin at the northeast corner of lands now or formerly of David E.
Smith; thence extending in and along a 20 foot right of way, North 09 degrees 49 minutes East,
101.80 feet to a mag nail at southern edge of Kiner Blvd; thencc along southern edge of Kiner
Blvd, North 74 degrees 46 minutes East, 76.98 feet to a mag nail in roadway; thence along lands
