WELCH, of 21'~ West Louther Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my will and testament and revoke any wills previously made by me. FIRSTS I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable after my death. SECOND: I give all of my property of whatever kind and wherever located to my two children, Katherine Elizabeth Welch and John Daniel Welch, to be theirs absolutely, share and share alike. THIRD: In the event that either of my two children does not survive me and does not leave issue then I give, devise and bequeath all of my property to the survivor of my two children. In the event that either or both of my children should not survive me but should leave issue who survive me then I give, devise and bequeath all of my property to my children and their issue Per stirpes. FOURTHS In the event that neither of my children should survive me and neither of my children should have any surviving issue at the time of my death, then I give, devise and bequeath all of my property to my two sisters, Helen Norton of Carlisle, Pennsylvania and Jean Henkel of Palo alto, California, to be theirs absolutely, share and share alike. t~ FIFTHS I appoint my two children, Katherine Elizabeth Welch and John Daniel Welch, as co-executors of this will. In the event that either of my children should fail to qualify or cease to act as executrix or executor for any reason, I appoint the other child to act as sole executrix or executor. In the event that both children should fail to qualify or cease ro act as executors for any reason, I appoint Commonwealth National Bank as executor of this will. SIXTHS I direct that no executor or executrix shall be required to give bond for the faithful performance of his, her or its duties in any jurisdiction.
