LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EDITH ALINE SHEFFER I, EDITH ALINE SHEFFER, of 16 Rolo Court, Mechanics- burg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils made by me. ARTICLE I I have four (4) children now living, namely: PATRICIA RIGGS who currently resides at 2012 Columbia Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; DENNIS SHEFFER who currently resides at 16 Rolo Court, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; ALICE BROWN who currently resides at 1601 Kohns Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and, DOUGLAS SHEFFER who currently resides at South Baltimore Street, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. All references in this Will to "my children" include the above children. ARTICLE II I give, devise and bequeath all my estate to my children. If any of my children do not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath all my estate to my children then living, share and share alike; provided, however, if any child of mine shall predecease me . but issue of such deceased child of mine survive me, the share of my estate that would otherwise pass to such deceased child of mine shall pass, per stirpes and not per caita to the issue who survive me of the deceased child of mine. ARTICLE III I appoint PATRICIA RIGGS and DENNIS SHEFFER to be the co-Executor/Executrix of this Will. If PATRICIA RIGGS or DENNIS SHEFFER should not be able to act in the capacity as Executor/ Executrix, then the remaining individual may serve as the sole Executor/Executrix. If PATRICIA RIGGS and DENNIS SHEFFER should both be unable, for whatever reason to act as Executor/Executrix, then ALICE BROWN and DOUGLAS SHEFFER shall serve as co-Executor/ Executrix. If ALICE BROWN or DOUGLAS SHEFFER should both be unable, for whatever reason to act as Executor/Executrix, then the remaining individual may serve as the sole Executor/Executrix.
