THIS AGREEMENT
and between

HOFFMAN'S CUSTOM CONTRACTING, INC., hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
ANDREW R. LOGIE and THELMA D. LOGIE, hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed to erected and
construct a single family dwelling situate in Dickinson Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot 35, Chelsea Lane, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

of said corporation by himself as such President.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot ofland situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with Final Subdivision
Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded on April 10, 1992, in the hereinafter named
Recorder's Office in Plan Book 64, Page 48, etc., as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 34 and 35; thence along said northern line of 60 feet
wide Chelsea Lane, North 81 degrees 00 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of
150.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 35 and 36; thence along
said dividing line between said Lots Nos. 35 and 36, North 6 degrees 51 minutes 35
seconds East a distance of 369.72 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 35 and 40; thence along said dividing line between said Lots Nos. 35 and 40,
North 83 degrees 29 minutes 38 seconds East a distance of 168.93 feet to a point on
the western line of Lot No. 32; thence along a portion of the western line of said Lot
No. 32 and continuing along the western line of Lot No. 33 and the western line of
Lot No. 34, South 8 degrees 51 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance of 414.59 feet to
a point on the northern line of 60 feet wide Chelsea Lane at the Place of
BEGINNING.
The above described Lot of Land is all of Lot No. 35 as shown on said Final
Subdivision Plan of Kings Gap Estates recorded as aforesaid, and contains an area
of 61,475 square feet, more or less, or 1.41 acres, more or less.
The above described lot of land has a mailing address of 38 Chelsea Lane, Carlisle,
PA 17013.
