Whereas, We, The Subscribers~ have erected and furnished materials 40r the erection and construction of a

piece of ground situate in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Being Lot No.~ on

Me c h a n 1 c s bur g, PAl 705 5 and have agreed to release all Liens which we, or any or either of us,
have or might have, on the said property by reason of the materials furnished, or work performed, for
erecting the same. .
Now, These Presents Whereas. That we, the subscribers, for and in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of One Dollar to each of us at or before the sealing and delivery hereof by the said property well and
truly paid, the receipt whereof we do hereby aeknowledge, have remised, released and forever quit-claimed,
and by these presents do remise, release and forever quit-claim unto the said Bent Creek Limited Partnership
and Triple Crown Corporation and their heirs and assigns, all and all manner of Liens, claims and demands
whatsoever which we, or either of us, now have or might or could have, on or against the same premises and
building, for work done or for labor and material furnished, or hereafter to be furnished, for erecting and
constructing the said bl.tilding or otherwise, however. So that the said Bent Creek Limited Partnership and
Triple Crown Corporation, heirs and assigns, shall and may have, hold and enjoy the said premises and
building, free and discharged from all liens, claims and demands whatsoever, which we or any or either of us
now have or might or could have on or against the same, if these presents had not been made.
In Witness Whereof, We have he unto set our hands and seals, on the day of the date written opposite our
respective signatures.

the Township of Si1ver Spring, County of Cumber1and and Commonwea1th
of Pennsy1vania, and designated as parce1 No. 38-06-0011-062 and
more fu11y described in a Deed dated December 10, 1998 and recorded
December 18, 1998 in Cumber1and County in Deed Book Vo1ume 191 at
Page 288, granted and conveyed unto Bent Creek Limited Partnership,
as Pennsy1vania 1imited Partnership.
UNDER AND SUBJECT, neverthe1ess to a certain Dec1aration of
Protective Covenants and Restrictions dated March 23, 1998 and
recorded Cumberland County Mdscellaneous Book 572, Page 355; to
conditions set forth on the aforesaid P1an, inc1uding but not
limdted to sanitary sewer and storm water management easements and
the de1ineation of f1oodp1ain affecting the 1ot; and to a11 other
easements, restrictions, encumbrances and other matters of record or
that a physica1 inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
