NO LIEN AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into BETWEEN: All-Side, Inc.,
"CONTRACTOR",
AND: Benjamin R. Musser, Jr. and Beverly A. Musser, his wife,
"OWNER(S)",
whereby the said Contractor undertook and agreed to perform certain construction work and to
provide certain matcrials and perform certain work necessary to erect a dwelling on the real cstate
of the Owner(s) situatc at/in the Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberlaud County,
Pennsylvania, and contaiuing 2 1/8 acres, more or less, as contained in a Deed recorded in
the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland Couuty, PA, in Volume 264, Page 3126.
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that thc said Contractor
for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to him. in hand paid by the Owner(s).
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and further consideration as agreed upon, for him.
his sub-contractors and all parties acting through and under him, covenants and agrees that no
mechanic's lien or liens shall be filed or maintained by him or any of them, against the said
dwelling of the Owner(s) situated as above stated, and the plot of gronnd appurtenant thercto, for
or on account of any work done or materials furnished by him, or any of them, under thc said
contract or otherwise. for, towards, in or about the said construction and work at the dwelling of
the Owner(s), and the said Contractor for himself and his sub-contractors, and others under him.
hereby expressly waivcs and relinquishes the right to have, file or maintain any mechanics' licn or
claim against the said dwelling and the plot of ground, and agrees that this agreemcnt waiving the
right of lien shall be an independent contract.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Contractor and the said Owner(s) havc executed
this Agreement this 5"'- day of April, 2006,
