Inc, Contractor STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION, INC., of 2700 Water Street, York, PA 17403, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a General Construction Contract, with CHR CORPORATION of 2295 Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17404 for the erection of Rutter's Farm Store #31, Walnut Bottom Road & Airport Road, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, PA.
