STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION, INC., of 2700 Water Street, York, PA 17403, is about
to execute contemporaneously herewith, a General Construction Contract, with CHR
CORPORATION of 2295 Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17404 for the erection of Rutter's Farm
Store #31, Walnut Bottom Road & Airport Road, Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, PA.
NOW, therefore, AlAn :5 J ' 2005, at the time of and immediately before the execution of
the principal contract, a d before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said
Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration of One
Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner it is stipulated and agreed by and between the parties that no
lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or
extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived,
